Youth Dynamic Chan
Weekly Exercise Chan class for young people.
Stay healthy, fit, active, flexible, and athletic. Build physical strength and energetic strength.
30 minutes of exercising and 30 minutes of sitting meditation.
Vigorous, aerobic, circuit training exercises to get your heart rate pumping, such as cardio, calisthenics, and isometric exercises.
Good physical condition is required in order to join the class.
Drop-ins are welcome.
Only 15 spots available per class.
IMPORTANT:
1. Bring your own towel.
2. Dress code: No shorts, skirts, tank tops, crop tops, or sleeveless shirts. Long pants and t-shirts are okay.
3. Please do not eat within 2 to 2.5 hours of the start of this exercise class, which begins at 7pm.

If you are under 18 years of age, please make sure to get your legal guardian/parent's name and signature on your Waiver form as well.
