Format: Sitting meditation, then discussion with tea and snacks.

We will have a new, designated topic for each new Round Table session (held every other week)—participants will go around in a circle and take turns discussing on the pre-selected topic.

Sharing, inspiring, learning, empathizing, and opening minds.
