This Sunday, we invite you to embark on a soulful journey to one of Bangalore's most revered and ancient temples that dates back to over a thousand years, this sacred site is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is a fusion of both Chola and Vijayanagara architectural styles. According to the temple’s Sthala Purana, an ancient sage invoked Vishnu's blessings through deep penance, establishing the moola-vigraha at this elevated land, carefully chosen to channel cosmic energy.
The temple is said to resonate with divine prana — with twelve points of the temple vibrating with powerful energy that enhances spiritual connection. It is a perfect place to experience profound peace and divine presence.

To align ourselves with the temple's divine energy, we will begin our journey with a short meditation session, helping us ground and connect with the sacred vibrations that await us. This practice will prepare our hearts and minds so we can fully absorb the blessings and energies of the temple during our visit.

Schedule:
6:00 Arrival and meet-up at the Park
6:00 am to 6:30 am - Meditation in the park
6:30 - 6:40 am - A quick understanding about the temple and how to ensure you get the best of the energy healing.
6:40 am - Head towards the Temple
6:45 am to 7:45 am: Between this time, you can take your time to pray, meditate, and seek divine intervention for your personal spiritual rejuvenation.
Around 7: 50 am : Once we all have assembled outside the temple after the visit, we head to an organic cafe for breakfast. Mingle and share our spiritual experiences and stories. Make new connections with like-minded souls. Feel good about ourselves by sharing and listening to beautiful, transformative stories.
By around 9:00 am we wrap up our meeting till we meet again for the next temple visit in a different location.
