About us
The group goal is to help Men start to develop a new approach towards their mental health. I'm hoping to meet men that are of 18 years or older. I will have a list of activities such as meditation 🧘♂️, light physical or problem-solving activities that help you learn from life's challenges, drawing ✍️, journaling 📒, intention/ goal setting , etc.
