You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can use in everyday life to feel more grounded, clear, and emotionally balanced.

### What to Expect

This is a soulful experience with guided mindfulness, reflection, and gentle community connection. No prior experience needed. Come as you are.

### Agenda (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Arrival + Welcome
  • Grounding Exercise (guided meditation to settle the mind & body)
  • Workshop Modules:
    Practical takeaways to help you manage life with more calm, clarity, and confidence, including:
  • mindset shifts
  • emotional regulation tools
  • self-awareness + self-trust practices
  • Simple habits to stay grounded day-to-day
  • Break + Light Refreshments
  • Guided Reflection + Journaling

  • Closing Practice

  • A notebook + pen to capture reflections and insights
  • A comfortable cushion or yoga mat for floor seating
