Held on peaceful Sunday afternoons, this event is all about slowing down and switching off. No phones, no laptops—just real conversation, art, reading, writing, and shared space. Whether you’re journaling, sketching, painting, reading a book, or simply sitting in stillness, Unplugged Sundays is your time to breathe, reflect, and make something that matters.

To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all attendees, please follow the guidelines below:

1. No Digital Devices: Phones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches must be switched off and stored away for the entire session.
2. Respect the Space: This is a quiet, creative environment. Please be mindful of your volume and give others space to work or reflect.
3. Bring Your Own Materials: Attendees are responsible for bringing their own art supplies, books, journals, or any other creative tools.
4. Be Kind & Inclusive: Treat everyone with respect and kindness. This is a welcoming space for all backgrounds, abilities, and creative interests.
5. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
6. Tickets Required: No walk-ins allowed. Please ensure you’ve booked your ticket in advance and bring proof of booking if requested.
7. No Disruptive Behaviour: Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will result in removal from the session, without refund.

Take a break from the constant buzz of notifications and enjoy a mindful walk around the beautiful surroundings of Wollaton Park. This is a digital-free zone – a chance to switch off from our phones, clear our heads, and be fully present in nature.

We’ll take our time exploring the park together, appreciating the scenery and fresh air without distractions. At the end of the walk, we’ll pause for a coffee and a chat – the perfect way to round off a relaxing, phone-free experience.
