Unreal Engine - 2019 - December Meetup

Hey everyone,

come to the next Unreal Meetup on Thursday, 19th December at 7pm in the wonderful Holocafé. Escape the Christmas hustle and bustle and talk with us about Unreal in a relaxed atmosphere! :)

The schedule for the evening:

19:00 (7PM) - KICK OFF:

Short introduction round for new and old members.
Some general news and discussions about UE4 and the Meetup.

19:30 (7:30PM) - TALKS:

Christian from Perfuse Entertainment (creators of the game "Golf It") will talk about how to simulate a crowd and handle thousands of moving objects, by reducing the load of the main threads.

Andreas from Epic Games will show us Unreal Engine's new high-performance physics and destruction system called Chaos.

21:00 (9PM) - NETWORKING:

If you want to connect with other devs, show off your own projects or just have a casual chat with some friends, now is the time!

22:00 (10PM) - END

Official end is at 10pm, but we can continue our discussions afterwards as we usually do, for example at the nearby restaurant/bar Frankenheim-Brauereiausschank.

Keep in mind that, depending on the talks etc., this schedule may adjust a bit in the end. Start and End Time will remain the same though.
