Book Discussion: There Is No Antimemetics Division + March Book Selection

On Wednesday, February 25 we’ll be discussing There Is No Antimemetics Division, a novel that plays with memory, perception, and what it means to understand a story that resists being understood.

Some ideas to consider discussing: What held your attention? What confused you? What lingered after you put it down? Confusion does not seem to indicate failure with this book. It looks to be part of the experience, and part of the conversation.

After the discussion, we’ll nominate and select our next book for March. Members are encouraged to bring one nomination and be ready to briefly share why they think it would be interesting to read and discuss together. We’ll vote as a group and set our next reading cycle.

As always, this is a relaxed, conversation-first meetup. No lectures. No gatekeeping. Just thoughtful discussion, curiosity, and shared experiences.
