Hey, great job! Sometimes just taking one step towards something brave is all that matters!
For me, training is a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. I show up for that 80-year-old version of myself who is grateful to my present self for showing up even when life felt challenging!
My aim through this group is to meet women who aren't so sure about resistance training and are open to taking that leap of faith. Remember, it's always about the journey and not the destination. So are you ready to take that first step?
What will happen?
I will guide you through an hour session focusing on movements such as Squat, Hinge, Push and Pull.
