"mindful exercise with karin" offers this free live stream while teaching private clients, therefore the session is catered to others. She wants everybody to be able to join in with the free instagram so that everyone can benefit from the life-changing habit to practice mindful exercise for body and brain at the same time every day.
FREE to join and see instructor only on INSTAGRAM. This is not a two way video, so instructor cannot see you and cannot except video stream from your side.

Easy to follow, repeating moves for all ages and fitness levels including walking aid and wheelchair needs. During form practice, which is a moving meditation, you have the option to complete other forms of meditation. It is always an option to watch and share the energy, while "only" completing Dantian Breathing in standing, seated or flat position.
Please make sure you adjust your movements to your body's condition and never over do it, rather keep doing easier and lesser moves but join daily to get better over time.
If the live stream does not work due to location and internet load or the private lesson going on is too advanced, you can use the videos from Karin's posts to practice and get inspired on your own (which you can do anytime)!!!!!!!!! It is always an option to watch and share the energy, while "only" completing Dantian Breathing in standing, seated or flat position.
If you want to learn Shaolin QiGong, traditional or standardized Yang Tai Chi as well as Dr. Paul Lam for Balance, Fall Prevention and Arthritis, from the internet, please refer to all the available you tube videos that all other instructor post very professionally on the web.
