Duration: 30 minutes repeating moves plus 30 minutes form study

Instructor Bio: Karin Philomin has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 25 years. She has led mindful movement sessions throughout downtown Seattle—including Westlake, South Lake Union, Occidental, and Hing Hay Park—as part of community wellness and revitalization efforts. Her work focuses on accessible, everyday movement practices that support balance, calm, and connection in public spaces.
