"mindful exercise with karin" offers this free live stream while teaching private clients, therefore the session is catered to others. She wants everybody to be able to join in with this additional free video offer (if you are not able to come to downtown Seattle) so that everyone can benefit from the life-changing habit to practice mindful exercise for body and brain daily.
All TaiChi styles are welcome!!!! Over the years we have been happy to meet practitioners of many different styles and have benefited from meeting them. The art of Tai Chi Chuan is vast and varied and we seek to experience it in its fullness (or is it emptiness?).

Free practice in person Monday to Saturday 6:45am beginner warm-up and 7am advanced traditional Yang 85 form practice at the Greenlake waterfront right at the community center. Only for the daily Greenlake waterfront practice at 7am (stress is on practice since this is not a teaching class), it is recommended to know or at least are familiar with the form as shown on the following link:

Please make sure you adjust your movements to your body's condition and never over do it, rather keep doing lesser or easier moves and join daily to get better over time.
