She wants everybody to be able to join in with the free instagram so that everyone can benefit from the life-changing habit to practice mindful exercise for body and brain at the same time every day.

Only for the daily Greenlake waterfront practice at 7am (stress is on practice since this is not a teaching class), it is recommended to know or at least are familiar with the form as shown on the following link:
