Poetry Picnic @ Peninsula Park

Bloom big, bloom bright,
Open yourself to the mighty light,
The sun awaits your glow,
To reach its warmth,
Grow and grow!!!

For May, we will bloom our words with the topic of relationships. Everything on this earth works in relationship.

Try for a day, to be so attune to all the relationship you have with and the ones you observe around you. From human, animals, and material relationship. Then try to write a piece to convey this connection.

If it's a negative relationship, try to see if you can write that negativity into a loving relationship. Give yourself a chance to see with new eyes and to feel compassion for what is hurting you.

Like a flower that needs to take root to the ground, you too can start by putting down roots for your bloom, but let your seed be of love.

Bring your drinks, snacks,chairs and a flower of your choice to the picnic. If everyone brings a flower we can turn it into a bouquet. I'll bring a vase and someone can take it home:) It can be any form of flower, real, fake, drawn... We will make it one of a kind bundle! Just like our group ❤.

I'll setup our spot with a canopy. Location is roughly shown on map picture below. Look for the red chicken!
