We're a community for women who feel stuck — not because they're broken, but because life got loud and they lost sight of what matters.
This isn't a networking group. It's not a book club or a happy hour. It's a quiet space to slow down, breathe, and see more clearly what's been weighing on you.
What we do
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM for a Clarity Session — a guided, reflective gathering designed to help you name what's stuck without anyone telling you how to fix it.
There's no pitch. No performance. No pressure to share if you don't want to. Just a room full of women who know what it feels like to go through the motions and wonder if there's something more.
Who this is for
You, if any of this sounds familiar:
- You're going through the motions but don't know what you actually want anymore
- You know what you want but can't seem to move toward it
- You're tired — not lazy, just tired — and need permission to rest without falling behind
- You feel alone in this, even when you're surrounded by people
This space exists for women who don't need advice. They need presence. They need someone to sit with them while they figure it out.
What happens here
Monthly Clarity Sessions — A 60-minute guided experience to help you see what's been weighing on you. Many women leave feeling lighter, not because everything changed, but because something finally made sense.
Follow-up support — After each session, we offer simple resources to help you hold onto what you found. Nothing forced. Just there when you're ready.
Private 1:1 containers — For women who want more personal, one-on-one support as they move from clarity into action. (Not required. Not pushed. Just available if it feels right.)
## What This Isn't
- We're not therapy. (Though we deeply respect therapy and recommend it when it's the right fit.)
- We're not a program with modules, assignments, or certifications.
- We're not about hustle, productivity hacks, or #girlboss energy.
- We're not here to fix you, because you're not broken.
The Voice Behind This
My name is Alice, and I started Unstoppable Women of Charlotte because I kept meeting women who were doing everything right on paper — and still felt stuck, similar to my own personal experience (until I found my wings).
I'm not a therapist or a life coach. I'm a guide. A practitioner. Someone who sits with women while they find their own way forward.
This group is small, intentional, and practitioner-first. That means I'm not here to scale this into a movement or build a big following. I'm here to hold space for women who need it, one session at a time.
How to join
Show up to a Clarity Session. That's it.
No application. No membership fee. Just RSVP and come.
