**What to Expect:**
• 5-mile ruck (brisk walk with weighted backpack)
• 3 guided questions to spark real, authentic conversation
• Silent segments for reflection and mental clarity
• Good men. Real talk. No fluff. No judgment. Just progress.
**Bring:**
• OPTIONAL: A backpack with 10–30 lbs of weight (dumbbells, books, bricks, etc.)
• Water Bottle
• Comfortable shoes that can possibly get dirty
• Insect Repellent
• Open mind, ready to move and grow
**Start Time & Location:**
Oleta River State Park - Parking Lot 1
3400 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33160
Park opens at 8:00AM. Arrive early, as there is usually a line of cars waiting to get in before 8AM. We begin promptly at 8:15am. We ALWAYS start & end on time!
We’ll begin right on time — arrive 10 minutes early to stretch and connect.
Park charges $4/vehicle. After paying, drive in, and follow the road until you see the kayaks on the right, and the restaurant on the left. Right after the restaurant, you will see the parking lot. That is where we will meet. Look for JAVIER, wearing the bright neon yellow shirt (shown in the picture above).
