Dr. Lee is a Strategic EdTech Consultant and AI Literacy Architect with 20+ years of global experience helping organizations design transformative, future-ready learning ecosystems. She works within government, higher education, nonprofits, and industry to lead digital learning innovation that is ethical, inclusive, and aligned with workforce needs.

As the creator of an [AI Literacy Framework for Educators and Learning Professionals](https://paradoxlearning.com/resource/ai-literacy-framework/), Dr. Lee brings a research-driven and practice-informed approach to integrating AI into learning strategy, capability development, and policy planning. Her work spans AI adoption, micro-credentialing systems, LMS strategy, learning analytics, and instructional design.

Dr. Lee has consulted with the Asian Development Bank, the United Nation, Commonwealth of Learning, EIT RawMaterials (EU), Athabasca University, and multiple public sector agencies—supporting everything from AI capacity building and credentialing infrastructure to curriculum development and platform implementation.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to human-centered, evidence-based learning design. Whether she's building frameworks, evaluating digital tools, or advising on responsible innovation, she help organizations turn complex challenges into meaningful, scalable learning solutions.
