SKY Campus Happiness (more about us below if you're curious!) is hosting a 3-day meditation and breathwork workshop for students and professors in the Boston area. It's all about learning calming breathing techniques, meditation, and connecting with others in a relaxed setting.
Here’s the schedule:

- Tues, Mar 25: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (ET)
- Wed, Mar 26: 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM (ET)

About Sky Campus Happiness:
SKY Campus Happiness is one of the leading programs for social well-being for young people and the mission of this program is bringing evidence-based breathwork, meditation, emotional intelligence, social connection, and service leadership to all college students, faculty, and staff.
A recent study conducted at Yale University evaluated SKY Campus Happiness along with Yale's in-house Emotional Intelligence program and MBSR (mindfulness). This study shows that SKY Breath Meditation was the most powerful and beneficial program for student mental health and well-being, even when compared to mindfulness (MBSR). The study found that by practicing SKY, students reported improvements in six areas of well-being: depression, stress, mental health, pleasant emotion, social connectedness, and mindfulness.
