Whether you’re tired, stressed, or just craving a little breathing space, you’ll find a supportive, nurturing environment here.
What We Do
We gather in nature to:
- Slow down and breathe
- Explore mindfulness, journaling, sketching, or mindful colouring
- Listen to soft music and singing bowls
- Connect quietly or with gentle conversation
- Reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself
There’s no pressure, no agenda — just space to be, unwind, and recharge.

- Anyone who wants a safe, welcoming space to simply be themselves
Come as you are — vibrant, introverted, messy, or reflective. All are welcome.
Optional Extras
Mini 1-on-1 sessions (~15 minutes) in gentle psychology kinesiology may be offered at events for those wanting to release stuck stress and restore calm. Completely optional.
Where We Meet
Events are held in nature within 20 min driving distance of Wollongong CBD, NSW. Exact locations are shared privately with registered attendees.
