Badminton Sunday, Al Karama - All levels @ 8:00-10:00 PM

By submitting your RSVP, you are indicating that you have carefully reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, outlined below. Strict adherence is required.

Fees: 40 AED (per session). All payments are to be done ONLINE only via Bank Transfer (Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB, or Wio), Careem Pay or Noon Pay.

Game details:
- Location: Cosmos Sports Academy, Al Karama (https://maps.app.goo.gl/s7hC5oD7Tma4NmVB6)
- Date and Time: 2nd June (Sunday), 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Each session sign-up will last for 2 hours
- Mixed doubles gameplay, with all levels included
- The game will use the standard 21-point-to-win system
- Good quality shuttlecocks will be provided for the game
- Maximum of 8 players in one court
- Rackets will not be provided. Kindly BYOR (Bring your own racket).

Payment terms:
- Confirm your spots! Reservations are only considered final after ONLINE payment is done successfully
- Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you fail to complete the payment, the organizer has the right to remove you from the confirmed list without any prior notice.
- We DON'T accept cash payments and will charge an additional 10 AED if they do occur in any circumstances
- We DON'T offer refunds of any type in any cases

Cancellation terms:
- Any changes to RSVP are only accepted 24 hours before the start of the game.
- If you fail to show up, cancel, or modify your RSVP within 24 hours, we will charge you the full fees. Failure to pay the fees will result in a penalty or even permanent ban from future community events.
- If the management cancels event, you will get a full reimbursement or may alter the charge in future sessions.

Waitlist terms:
- If you're on a waitlist and someone from the confirmed list drops out, you'll instantly proceed to the confirmed list. Failing to show up to the game might result in penalties as per the cancellation policy. Organizers/hosts are not responsible for notifying players about their RSVP/Payment notices.
