WELCOME TO THE NEWEST GROUP ON THE BLOCK! :)

This is a gentle, grounded space in Montréal for people who live in their head, hold themselves to high standards, and are craving permission to let go a little.

If you’re a perfectionist, overachiever, type A, or “always on” kind of person, this group is for you. You might be:
• Great at doing, but not so practiced at just being
• Hard on yourself, even when you’re doing your best
• Longing for more joy, aliveness, and ease in your body
• Curious about somatics, intuitive movement, or nervous system work

In our gatherings, we use breath, grounding, intuitive movement, and simple sharing to:
• Release stress and emotional tension from the body
• Shift out of survival mode and soften the inner critic
• Get out of our heads and reconnect to the wisdom of the body
• Experience joy, play, and presence in a low-pressure setting

This is not a performance or a dance class—there’s no choreography, no mirrors, and no “right way” to move. You don’t need dance experience or to “look” a certain way. You just need comfortable clothes and a willingness to experiment with moving differently.

Everyone is welcome here: all genders, bodies, backgrounds, and identities. The space is trauma-aware and consent-based; you’re always in choice about how much you move or share.

Some events will be free community circles; deeper 4-week movement series will be paid and hosted via Eventbrite (you’ll always find the link in the event description).

Our intention:
To create a cosy, judgment-free space where sensitive, driven humans can unwind, feel their feelings, and remember what it’s like to feel at home in their own body.

If you’re tired of trying to think your way out of stress, overthinking, and self-criticism—and you’re ready to move through it with support—this group is for you. 💛
