Wintering

Details

/// Take a deep exhale,
A sigh of relief / release all tension, my dear.
All that wants to be shed.

And know you can lean back softly
and safely so.

We're all root'n for you. ///

Let us meet inside our heart space in the deep dead of winter. To honor what wants to be heard in the silence that is never there in our busy existence.

Feb 1 is when the light gets in.

Until then: Let us gather in silence and solitude before we come out again with the leaves of spring.

Let us collect our inner wisdoms and longings while they softly whisper to us in the darkness of the sweet night of winter. Let's turn inward while nature is asleep.

Let's bravely show up together in being instead of doing and make each other feel seen and heard by being instead of loud productivity.

Let's let our bodies and souls unite in a collective sigh of relief. A deep exhale in a space where we can resign from hustle and productivity together.

Sign up for this long lasting and deeply penetrating event in which we show up for each other by showing up for ourselves. Show up in gentle being instead of public demand.

Our only action is to sign up for the event and commit to a time and space for ourselves - waving at each other from afar - KNOWING that we are commiting to the task together as a group. We may be silent and it may seem passive what we do, but it may or may not be our bravest act of non-resistence, surrender and yield to what is, still.

Let's hold hands silently in our sweet and gentle solitude that feels warm and soft like a blanket, a tender collective hug of letting and shedding and being and embracing what is not allowed outside. Yet inside, we know, we can, we must. Rest, sleep, reclude. To come back to life. And make sure our purpose and calling can come back too.

Daring greatly to life as we know it deep in our hearts is possible.

We know deep down if this event is for us. And without much ado, we know each day what to do - or more what not to do - if only for a moment, five mintes a day, a whole night, an entire week, the whole two months or just one day but all day. We know. And we all know that we know. And by signing up we quietly wave at each other.

We all sign up quietly. And from afar we look at each other knowingly.

We all see and hear and feel each other in our daily practice. Until our personal practices merge again outside in spring and we all dance and commune to celebrate.

Let's bring our soft and tender hearts. Our weary heads and lay them down. Light a candle or incense if we like, bring a mug of cacao or tea. Make sure we bring some gentle solitude so we can hear and see each other. A quiet room like a soft cushion.

And know that no matter what time of day we'll all meet you there as there is no time of day we aren't there.

I'm so glad to meet you here, sweet soul. And can't wait to hug you in the spring.

Love and light and sweet gender darkness that brings upon the wisdom of our wintery night
