How can we feel safe and held and anquored in, in our North Star, know where it is, find peace and grace in the not knowing (yet), and connect to a deeper knowing that just KNOWS with a different body part than our mind?

• A calm and peaceful space with cozy light and a warm cup of something, like tea or cacao...

• A notebook or journal and pen
