UPC is on a journey Build the Black Inheritance. Our mission is to equip young black professionals with healthy habits that breed success in areas surrounding wealth, business, and personal growth. Such habits will include healthy money management, home investment, setting up passive income, starting businesses, and economic awareness to name a few. The goal is for these habits to become so ingrained in our lives, that they trickle down into our families, social circles, and overall community for generations to come.
Our events will include both social hours and mastermind sessions where we sit and learn from each other as well as experienced professionals in various fields. We each bring something unique to the table, and the idea is to foster a learning environment that draws from that collective experience.

This fall, UPC is doing something a little differently and mixing things up. We're bringing you a networking event like none you've ever attended before. Music, food, drinks, DJ, all in a professional atmosphere, plus real estate vendors and contractors, panelists, and networking with like-minded young professionals.
This event will appeal to the newbie as well as the seasoned investor, with the primary goal of meeting someone who can help you reach your that next level. We're also pulling out all the stops with an all star investor panel featuring industry professionals from lenders to contractors to inspectors, equipping you with the tools to build up your investment team.
Sound good? Okay cool, tell your friends asap and prepare for an amazing event. Or come solo! Either way, you'll be sure to have a good time, learn a lot, and meet good people.
NOTE: Please arrive early if you want to secure a seat as seating will be limited. We also suggest putting food orders in early as it will be more difficult to do so once the discussion begins.

Kaldi's is a two-level social house with a coffee lounge downstairs and a large bar/lounge upstairs. The main event will be taking place upstairs while the business vendor pop-up will be downstairs.Real Estate Business Vendor Pop-Up:
Looking to build your real estate team? You'll probably need a lender, property manager, title officer, and a few contractors for starters. Visit our real estate business vendor booths on the first floor during the networking portion of the event. Not in the market just yet? Take a card and strike up a conversation. Entry is $15 for non-members and free for all UPC paid members (prices will increase as closer to event date). If you are a member, enter the members-only promo code (provided in Discord) and select the Paid Members Only ticket option. If you have not yet secure membership, please select the General Admission or New Member Signup ticket option. Note that we maintain a list of all individuals who have paid for membership. If your name is not on this list, you will be required to pay full price at the door.Those interested in signing up for 2023 membership should select the New Member Signup ticket option, which will guarantee free entry to this event as well as discounted or free entry to future UPC Signature Events in 2023. Note that UPC membership is $100 for the 2023 calendar year but is significantly discounted if secured while signing up for this event.
