The Anat Baniel Method uses gentle attentive movements along with brain plasticity principles to form new neural connections to improve the organization of movement, thinking, emotions and action. The method does not focus on the child’s limitation or force them into development milestones instead it helps wake up the child’s brain so they can become powerful learners. This approach is broadly applicable for people of all ages and abilities. ABM is especially known for transformative outcomes for children with special needs, helping them move beyond their limitations.

ABOUT AVANI ZAIDI
Avani is a pediatric physical therapist with over 10 years of experience. In 2012 she discovered the Anat Baniel Method which transformed her career and the lives of the children she works with. Avani is an ABM-NM Practitioner working with children with special needs.
