Rental Property and Flipping Homes using ADUs

Hello everyone! My name is Sebastian, and I am excited for our first Meet-Up in this platform! I used to host many meetups pre-pandemic in Pasadena, CA and grew the group there to about 50 attendees. I have helped many investors flip homes and buy rental homes. Right now we have 5 ADU projects in LA county for clients, several recent purchases and a couple of flips in progress! We will be talking about many of these at our event.
The agenda:

1. Arrival time and sign in - 6:30pm
2. Guided Greetings and networking - 6:30pm to 7pm
3. Talk about ADU strategy for Rentals and Flips - 7pm to 7:30pm
4. Free Networking - 7:30pm to 8pm

Every time we meet, we will follow a similar format. The goal will be to have industry professionals come for FREE and educate our group with best practices to follow for success. Please let me know if you have any questions.
