Hey Ladies! This is a group for anyone interested in trying new ways to move, whether it's a spin class, boxing, Zumba, walking, etc. Whatever it is, let's do it together! All skill levels are welcome. You don't have to be a "fitness" person in order to participate. Or maybe you are and want to shake your routine up a bit. I started this group to meet other women who want to stay active, and to build a community. Looking forward to moving with everybody!
