Thursday night trail run: Mt. Cardigan

I'm looking forward to another Thursday night trail run. This week I plan on taking the group on a field trip up Mt.Cardigan. Bring your sticky shoes and a friend! It's about 4 miles up and down. If you want more miles, park in the winter lot to add an extra mile or so. Start at the Mt. Cardigan State Park parking lot at 5:30pm. All paces are welcome. If you think you want to come but may be a bit late (I get this is a little further out) just let me know and I'll make sure to wait for you!

Additionally, I will not be here the following Thursdays so I am looking for a back-up person to lead.
