Details
Welcome to the Book Club in English! We read and discuss one book every month. In May we discuss Notes on grief by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
"Notes on Grief is a 2021 memoir written by the Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. Presented in 30 short sections, Notes on Grief was written following the death of her father James Nwoye Adichie in June 2020, during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is expanded from an essay first published in The New Yorker." (from Wikipedia)
The book is available in physical form in the library collection. You can find the book in the City Library, at the reserved bookcases 3000-3790 on the lower right corner.
The discussion will be primarily in English, with the possibility of accommodating less confident speakers.
