The traditional badminton SUMMER TOURNAMENT

Summer is finally here, and what better way to celebrate it than with a tournament to finish off the badminton season!

Grab your racket, shoes and get ready to enjoy a fun, friendly badminton extravaganza!

• Price: 150 kr

Note that this event is longer than a normal Sunday badminton, so you get to maximize your badminton enjoyment!

The premise is as follows. Everyone will be divided into random teams. Each team will play the other teams according to a prepared schedule (you just show up and play!) and in the end, the team with the most points is victorious.

After the tournament, those who want will gather for after-badminton dinner and drinks to celebrate the end of the season (there will be a separate meetup event for this).

FAQ

• I've never played badminton before, can I still join?

Absolutely! Many of our members hit their first shuttle with us.

• What do I need?

Clothes suitable for exercise, something similar to what you might wear to go jogging. Shoes suitable for indoor use. Bring a racket if you have one, if not, you can hire rackets at the front desk.

• What if I can't make it?

Please just sign off from the Meetup event. Note: If you are on the "going" list when the event RSVP closes (Saturday 14th of June, 23:59), you will be charged, whether you attend or not. (we pay for courts in advance, and make booking based on the number of attendees)

• How/who do I pay?

Payments are made to the USBC club bank account

If you don't have Swish, you can pay in cash, please just ask one of the event organisers.
