Buying/Investing in your First Rental

My name is Joseph T. and I am a Real Estate Investor in Greenville SC. I started investing into small real estate deals in 2014 and have built a portfolio of rental investments all over SC. I have been or involved in Software companies since 2014 as a Sales Leader as well and have invested in everything from Real Estate, Crypto, Stocks/Bonds, 401K/Roth IRA, etc.
