BRING A YOGA MAT AND WATER!!! Join me for a challenging WALKING workout at Brookwood church in Maulden/Simpsonville near the YMCA. They have an amphitheater that is perfect for getting your heart rate up as a part of your workout. There is also LOTS of parking next to the amphitheater just drive around the church until you see the bright blue benches! 😁

It will begin with a steady paced walk through the amphitheater with steps incorporated. And then we will descend a set of stairs at the amphitheater and then back up. There is something there for everyone.

This will continue for about 45-60 minutes. At the end we willl do some stretching and balance exercises. It’s a GREAT way to START the day and challenge your fitness level while increasing our cardiovascular fitness.
