Morning HIIT workout!

Join me for a morning high intensity, interval training workout! I will be doing my workout three mornings a week at Brookwood church in Malden/Simpsonville near the YMCA. They have an amphitheater that is perfect for getting your heart rate up as a part of your workout. There is also LOTS of parking next to the amphitheater just drive around the church until you see the bright blue benches! ๐
It will begin with a fast paced three-quarter mile walk around the church. And then we will descend a set of stairs at the amphitheater and then run to the top of the amphitheater. We will repeat this process approximately 20 times. During the interim, we will also take time to do incline push-ups, dips, lunges and a few other full body workout activities.
This will continue for about 30 minutes or more, and then we will repeat the three-quarter mile walk as a cooldown to end the workout.
This is NOT for anyone who has contra indicators with their health or anyone with mobility, or heart issues.
