Cold Plunge + Breath-work: Upstate Ice Club 3rd meeting (Wim Hof Method)

Group meets at 115 Canaan Rd in New Paltz and carpools to a local outdoor swimming spot on the Mohonk Preserve (Split rock, Peterskill, etc..) We do about 10-15 minutes of Wim Hof breath-work and then cold plunge!

• Items recommended: Warm clothes, towel, swim suit or underwear, water shoes, good socks, a Mohonk Preserve pass.
• All are welcome!
