Does everyone know that we have close to 700 members of this group?

Just think of the vast knowledge of our members, the different types of companies represented, the stories of successes and failures. Many of us may have not survived the past two years, while many of has thrived and have a completely new outlook. My business is booming, we are hiring more staff, adding new customers, expanding our marketing around the world.

Of the 700 people that are receiving this message/invitation to our next group meeting, how many of you want to be active, contribute and share with the group. How many of you would commit to meetings a few times a month? This could be such a good group, but I can’t do it alone.

For those of you that don’t know me I spent the first half of my career working in Corporate Finance for several Fortune 500 companies in New York and Florida. I earned my Masters Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Over the past 25 years, I have been the founder and CEO of 4 companies, 3 of which were global. Foreign Translations, Inc., Foreign Staffing, Inc. and Global Expansion, Inc. At Foreign Translations, we translated documents for companies and the US Government (both Gulf Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan) in 100 countries and worked with over 3000 translators around the world. This company was sold in 2013.

At Foreign Staffing, we provided multilingual, international staffing and recruiting services for companies in countries across the globe. In addition, I founded NewVentureZ, a Management Consulting firm where I created business and strategic plans for startups and expanding companies with an emphasis on economic modeling, raising capital, marketing and technology.

Currently, I am the Founder & CEO of Global Expansion, Inc., a Global Executive Career, Job Search Coaching, Outplacement and Career Transition firm helping job seekers around the world find their next job. I have been in this role for the past 5 years

1. New format and Structure of the Group

2. New Member Introductions - Everyone will have a few minutes to introduce themselves and their business, and then share an "elevator speech" version of your products and services, and typical clients that might make good referral candidates.

3. Breakout Rooms – Virtual Networking (dependent on # of attendees)

4. Discussion from members on how they have adjusted to managing their companies in the age of Covid-19 and plans for Post COVID

5. Discussions of Successes and Challenges

6. Your Business Outlook for 2022

7. Discussion of having in person events in the current months
