Friends of Central Park meet on the last Sunday of every month (except December) to plant native trees, clear weeds from the Mururoa stream and increase public enjoyment and access to the park. Join us from 10.00 – 12.30 We will be meeting at Big Bend where we will be planting. We are also planning to complete some minor in fill planting at the playground and transfer tree ferns from the meadow to Big Bend. NOTE Big Bend is wet underfoot so we recommend gumboots or water proof shoes. Please

We will provide tools plus our famous coffee and morning tea!
Looking forward to seeing everyone and (if the weather forecast is correct) enjoying another Wellington sunny winter day.
Expect to see more people than registered through Meetup.
