Our end of the season bash to thank our players, volunteers, and invite our supporting non-players to party with us !!!

We will locate on the west side of the field just a tad north of the kid’s playground near all the shade trees. You can enter the park from the east side off University Blvd or the west side at the Indoor Sports Arena where you can take the west entrance into the park then proceed about a half block down the hill and then a quick left to our meeting area.
Like past years, UTC has sponsored us with a monetary budget which we are very grateful. So this year, we will use the money to buy a few pans of different types of BBQ Meats with Rolls provided. The Meats will probably entail shredded Pork, Chicken, and maybe Brisket. Thus, no grilling at this party, so leave your dogs and brats at home as a grill will not be present.
This will be a BYOB Party so plan on bringing whatever drinks you desire including bottled water as well.
Bringing a side dish or dessert is welcomed but not required. Last year, a few folks brought some special drinks to share and that was really cool. Since we will probably go over budget to make the party nice, you can always make a cash donation of $3 instead of bringing a food or drink item, but this is not required.
If some of you can bring a small portable table like last year, please let me know via an e-mail response so that we can plan accordingly.
We should have several V-Ball Nets setup to accommodate multiple games going on at the same time for all ability levels.
Feel free to create whatever activities you want to add to the V-Ball Fun.
We hope to see a lot of you out there on Saturday Sep 16th and look forward to seeing new faces.
