Unfortunately, you need to pay for all street parking via app UNTIL 6 PM -- THERE IS FREE PARKING BEHIND THE BAR (enter the one-way alley thru the liquor store parking lot a few doors West of the MHB and veer to the right, then up the hill behind the bar's rear entrance)
