What we’re about
Hellooo there and buenos dias futuras amigas! This meet-up group is for people in their 20s and 30s living in Uptown/Buena Park/Lincoln Park who are looking to make new friends with other young professionals and play board games at two of North Chicago's best (i.e my personal fave 😂) coffee spots.
This group will have a 5 month "season" starting on January 11th and running through May 10th. Each meet-up will be from 9am-10am on Saturday. We will meet each week but are going to rotate between two cafes.
To keep things light-hearted, we'll be starting this meet-up with the board games like Sushi Go, Abducktables and Bananagrams. These can be played in quick batches and are designed for a group. You're always welcome to bring your own too! :)
About me: Hello you! My name is Aurora (she/her/hers), I am a 26yo NYC transplant who moved to Chicago three years ago. I love meeting new people and creating space for people to have fun with each other, hence this meet-up. In my spare time I enjoy exploring Chicago, sewing, and fostering cats.
