Indian Heaven 1 or 2 night Backpacking and Camping

We'll hike in 3.5 miles with a 1600' gain to Lake Wapiki to set up base camp and spend the night. The next day, we'll hike 1.5 miles with a 900' gain to the top of Lemei Rock. Then an optional 1.3 mile hike to Cultus Lake and 2.8 back to Lake Wapiki for total of 5.6 miles on the 2nd day. The 3rd day, we'll hike out the 3.5 miles to the cars.

Drive is 67.5 miles from Troutdale including 18 miles of gravel.

For those who need to be back Sunday, you can join us hiking to the Lake, spend Saturday night, and hike out Sunday. I recommend a hiking partner for this.

Note: We'll be in the wilderness so we are limited to 12 people so if you sign up and can't come, be sure to remove your name as soon as you are aware that you can't come so people on the waiting list can come.
