Frenchman's Bar County Park + Beach Party + Who Song and Larry's Restaurant

Details
Looking for something fun to do July 4th? Join me for a walk to Frenchman's Bar Park in Vancouver, Washington. We will walk to the park from a designated parking area, perhaps visit a beach party, and finish up at Who Song and Larry's Restaurant where they are offering Happy Hour priced snacks all day in honor of the 4th!
Frenchman's Bar is a lush 120-acre regional park located on the Columbia River about two miles west of Vancouver Lake Park. It was dedicated in 1997 and features a wide variety of outdoor recreation opportunities. A 2.5 mile trail connects the park to Vancouver Lake Regional Park. The trail is flat, paved, with minimal elevation gain. The park features a large sandy beach, picnic shelters, multiple restrooms, volleyball and more. Bring your frisbee and flip flops if the day is warm! Plus, the Moto Beach Party at the Park is back this year!!
Least pets are welcome both on the trail and in the park. My hope is to avoid the $3 parking fee by parking outside Vancouver Lake Park. Holiday crowds may impact parking. If feasible, we can meet at my condo in Hayden Island and caravan to a parking location. Message me with your preferences, questions, etc. Hope to see you there!
