UpWiSE Lightning Sessions ⚡

Welcome, fellow femfolk of technology and supporters of UpWiSE.

This Lightning Talks session features brief talks given by members of Upstate Women in Software Engineering.

There is a light agenda for this meetings, as follows:

1. Brief Overview of UpWiSE: What we do, where to find us, and how to donate to our organization.
2. Introductions: Quick roundtable to introduce ourselves and allow attendees to introduce themselves as well.
3. Lightning Presentations: We have short talks on topics, ranging from 5-10 minutes and any number of technical and related topics.
4. Wrap Up

We also ask that all attendees adhere to the following. We reserve the right to remove attendees from the meeting that do not adhere to these policies.

1. Be respectful of one another.
2. Be kind.
3. Do not proposition the meeting attendees for projects or employee hiring. To maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment at our UpWiSE meetups, we kindly ask all participants to refrain from recruitment activities, direct solicitation, and self-promotion.
4. Our focus is on fostering collaboration, learning, and networking without commercial intent. Please respect these guidelines to help ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
