About us
This group is for anyone curious about urban sketching and architectural drawing, whether you are a complete beginner or already enjoy drawing. The goal is to create a relaxed and welcoming space where people can meet, explore sketching built environment, and gradually enhance their drawing skills together. During our meetups, we will sketch buildings, streets, and urban scenes inspired from London and elsewhere, learn simple techniques such as perspective and composition, and share tips and feedback in a supportive atmosphere. Most importantly, it’s about enjoying the process of drawing, meeting creative people, and discovering a new way of expressing and observing. 🎨

Hi there! I am launching sessions to introduce architectural drawing in London; something that I found surprisingly rare.
I understand how challenging it can be to master perspective, colour, and contrast, or to translate complex visual ideas into clear drawings, and I would love helping you navigate that process.
This is more than simply a group of people sitting together sketching; I will guide and design the session to help you develop real drawing skills, monitor and give personal feedback.
So whether you are an architectural enthusiast, have a passion for fine art or simply want to add a new skillset in a fun and welcoming atmosphere, I will be happy to meet you!What to know!
- Exact meeting point: Shared with confirmed participants 48 hours before the session. The session will take place either in a nearby café or an open space depending on the number of participants.
- The session runs with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum is not reached, participants will be offered a refund or a place in the next session.
- Material provided. (but you are free to bring your own!)
- Tickets have to be booked in order to get the location!

About Me
My name is Nissam. I am an architect and illustrator in my free time. I hold an MA in Art and Visual Culture and also work as a drawing tutor. My drawings won two competitions in the UK for Earth Day 2023 and 2024, and were exhibited in King’s Cross and Angel.
Teaching is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy creating a welcoming and supportive space where people feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and learning along the way.
