Join us for pranayama, chanting and meditation practices to cultivate mental concentration, inner peace, and a felt sense of interconnectedness. The tools of pranayama are powerful ways to address issues such as anxiety, depression, brain fog, rumination, perseveration, and constant busyness. Pranayama can also support improved digestion, sleep, and more balanced hormones.

These sessions include practices suited to both beginning and intermediate students. Our intention is to cultivate community where all are welcome to join the sessions for shared practice and mutual support.

Saturdays, 7-8am PST
This is a virtual event.

DANA: Generosity, Contribution

Sarahjoy offers her teachings on a donation basis to the DAYA Foundation, so everything that you give will go directly to the Foundation. Your donations support our DAYA Recovery Living Homes and Prison Yoga Training Programs. It is customary in yogic and Buddhist traditions to support teachers through the practice of Dana, or the spiritual act of giving from the heart for teachings that you value. The aim is not so much to donate for your participation, but rather to donate in support of other students being able to join. By supporting a program, you are actively helping to grow the community.
