Red Brick Meets Modern Mexican at Lolita

Details

Fort Point Channel is one of our favorite Boston neighborhoods. While retaining many of the red-brick industrial buildings of its 19th and early 20th century manufacturing and warehousing heyday, it now overflows with dining options appealing to 21st century appetites.

We have not yet eaten at Lolita, but its location on the channel, right by the water at the Summer Street bridge, can’t be beat. Plus, any brunch menu with huevos rancheros, lobster cornbread and whole wheat garlic avocado toast is worth a try. Check it out: https://www.lolitamexican.com/menu/fort-point/#brunch

Yelpers give Lolita 4 stars out of 5, while the Open Table rating is 4.7 out of 5. Lolita’s Fort Point Channel site is the restaurant’s second location in Boston. It is run by the same crew as those behind Ruka and Yvonne’s.

Lolita is a short walk across the Summer Street Bridge from South Station. If you must drive, allow plenty of time to find parking.

RSVPs close on Saturday morning, Sept 22, at 11 AM

Lolita requires a credit card for group reservations. This means, now more than ever, only RSVP “yes” if you mean YES! Both we and your meetup karma thank you in advance.

PHOTO: Your Meetup profile must include a recognizable photo of you if you wish to attend this event. We know you love your grandma and your kitty, and we love ours, too, but their photo does not count as a photo of you.

We will have separate checks, so you are free to pay with your preferred method.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
