Wednesday Mensday (Urban Play)

We will meet up 50 yards west of the ice rink at the Gallivan Center at 7pm. We will frame the workshop with the question "what does it mean to be a man in 2024?" and then we will do some silly warm-up exercises to help us access our inner child. Once we're in the right frame of mind we will do some urban exploration, some agility work, and play games together. We end at 8:30 with a five minute meditation, then some reflection and intentional discussion. Group size is capped at 15 members, weekly. Come prepared with athletic shoes, weather appropriate clothing, an open mind, and a willingness to push your comfort zone.

There is also the "Excellence Concert Series" every Wednesday which is free live music put on by the city, right at Gallivan center. Feel free to hang around after and see the show.
