If you are looking for a reason to get out and draw, join us for the Toronto Concrete Canvas Weekly Sketching Sessions. This is a low-pressure way to spend a few hours capturing the architecture and street scenes of our city. We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to experienced artists; the goal here is simply to observe, sketch, and connect with other people who enjoy documenting the urban environment.

We will meet at a new location each week, settle in for a couple of hours of quiet drawing, and then gather briefly at the end to share our pages and chat. You do not need any fancy equipment, just a sketchbook, a pen or pencil, and a comfortable spot to sit. Whether you want to improve your technique or just find a peaceful way to spend your weekend morning, you will find a welcoming group waiting for you.

We would love to get a sense of who is coming so we can look out for you. Please take a moment to RSVP if you think you can make it this week.
