NOT INCLUDED:
- Flights to and from Arizona (details below)
- Personal snacks, drinks, or meals outside of the Airbnb
- Additional excursions (kayak rentals, pink jeep/ATV tours)
- Optional sound bath and yoga experiences
- Souvenirs & personal shopping – Take home a piece of Sedona if you’d like!
- Transport from airport to lodge/canyon (due to regulations) - we will be helping with everyone's coordination on car rentals share.
- Travel insurance & emergency expenses – Just in case life throws a curveball
WHAT TO BRING:
- No more than 2 bags per person
- 1 carry on and 1 suitcase is the max (this way we can fit all of our bags in our transport van)
- Outfit for hitting the town in Sedona, and comfortable city walking shoes
- Hiking clothes and boots
- Hiking pole if you have sore knees
- Swimsuit for pool/hot tub, and epic red rock river trip!
- Personal toiletries + gear
- Sunglasses and sunscreen!!
- Cameras, tripods, etc.
LODGING
We have four days / three nights in a beautiful Sedona Airbnb surrounded by stunning red rock landscapes. This cozy home offers plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring, with a hot tub with gorgeous views, inviting common areas and a peaceful outdoor setting perfect for soaking in the desert air. From here, we’ll set out on epic hikes, take in breathtaking sunsets, and experience Sedona’s unique blend of adventure and tranquility.
Please Note: Sharing rooms and/or beds will be required for this trip. Room assignments will be provided closer to the trip dates. If you want to request a private room or bed, please contact your hosts ASAP. If you wish to request to room with another member, please leave a note in your registration comments or message you host.
FOOD

- Meals included throughout the week:
- Three Breakfasts
- One Lunch
- One Dinner
- Any remaining meals will be at restaurants, and are not included in the overall price of this trip.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
- All meals eaten out at restaurants are not included.
- Dinner out on Friday, and lunch & dinner out on Saturday
- Alcoholic beverages or drinks out.
HOW TO JOIN
- Add yourself to the watchlist to be notified about updates, changes, or messages posted on the event.
- Register here to pay the 50% deposit - (aka the price listed that you'll pay when you register) this will lock in any early bird discounts available
- The remaining balance will be charged to your card on file 3 weeks before the event
- IF you sign up after the 2nd registration deadline, you will be charged in full
- Review the 'Added Details & Directions' and 'Post Registration Details' to book flights and make other preparations.
