It's the end of spring and summer is here!
That means it's BERRY SEASON!
Did you know that we have beautiful berry fields just a little over an hour away from SF?!?!

Event Details:
Come spend a half day with us at a charming family-owned farm just over an hour from San Francisco! At Swanton Berry Farm—the first certified organic strawberry farm in California, operating since 1983—we’ll wander through a lush strawberry patch and hand-pick our own berries to take home. Best of all?
You pay only for what you pick, and nothing beats the freshness of farm-grown strawberries! Once we’ve harvested our sweet treats and worked up an appetite, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, celebrating the fruits of our labor together. Join us for this delightful, hands-on experience!

Have any favorite recipes using fresh strawberries?
There's strawberry shortcake, strawberry cobbler, strawberry cheesecake, strawberry jam, frozen strawberries, candied strawberries, strawberry ice cream, strawberry margaritas... that's about it.

What to expect:

• Strawberry picking is a breeze—no ladder needed!
• Harvest as many strawberries as you like and pay only for what you pick.
• Don’t worry if your fingers turn a little red from all that sweetness—we've all been there!
• Enjoy a special lunch at a local restaurant (we promise there’s more than just strawberries on the menu).
• Please inform your host of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you register or via phone.
• Explore the local farm store stocked with fresh produce and baked goods.

• Experienced host to guide you through your u-pick adventure
• Buckets to put your harvest in :)

What to bring:

• $$ for your strawberries, lunch and any extra goodies you might pick up at the farm stand
• If you want that super cute picture for the "gram" then we recommend bringing a cute basket for your Strawberry (this is not required as buckets will be provided)
• Sunglasses, sun hat, and sunscreen
• Water
• Day bag for water and personal items
• A camera to capture all the Kodak Moments
