Elevate Your Sunday: Castle Rock Hike in South Bay Mountains

Castle Rock is a local hidden gem, and definitely worth the trek for the awesome views, lush forest vibes, and incredible rock formations that decorate the landscape. Join us for an awesome day hike that leads to a gorgeous vista point offering stunning views of the Santa Cruz Bay!

What to Expect:
Your host will supply trail snacks, but please bring your own refillable water bottle.
We are hiking the an amazing Loop trail, offering a gorgeous mix of forest, amazing rock formations, and ocean views in the distance from the top of the ridge. This trail is a true gem, and at 4.9 miles, with 1,023 feet of elevation gain, its the perfect mix of exercise and beauty. A little bit of a challenge, but totally worth it!!

Event Includes:

• A great spot to enjoy some great views
• Hosted hike through the Santa Cruz mountains
• Snacks
• Urban Diversion hosts and friends!
• Dogs are not allowed on this trail

What to bring:

• Layers in case it's cool
• Hiking shoes
• Water bottle(s)
• Salty snacks

Attire: Casual, comfortable. Layers!
